emre.build

Changelog

The public build log of emre.build — a CV you talk to instead of read. Versioning: MINOR = a user-visible improvement batch (each one is a shareable update), PATCH = silent fixes. Agent sections cover behavior changes (prompt/model); the agent's knowledge grows continuously from visitor questions and isn't versioned — it's learning, not releasing.

v1.0

2026-07-17

Launch. A CV that answers back — and ships like a product.

Page

  • Cinematic hero: a generated looping video scene with the agent living inside it as a speech bubble. The agent speaks first — it introduces Emre in typed beats, then opens the chat itself.
  • The chat starts on three doors — this page, Emre's work, or what he could build with you — mirrored by the first three question chips.
  • This changelog is public: the version badge (bottom left, next to Feedback) links here. A feedback widget lives on every screen.

Agent

  • Grounded in a curated knowledge base — it answers from Emre's real work, in the visitor's language, and cites where claims come from.
  • Honest by design: questions it can't answer are logged and taught to it between releases instead of improvised. Salary questions get flipped — it asks the role's budget and passes it on.
  • Per-application links (?j=<job>): the agent knows that specific posting and answers fit questions for that role, requirement by requirement.
  • Turns concrete interest into a warm intro: it can hand the whole conversation to Emre — all it needs is a name and an email or LinkedIn.
  • Asks for a classic CV? It hands over the PDF instantly, no strings.
